Late. Mr. B.D. Sen believed that education and learning cannot be compartmentalised. He studied liberal arts and has been a sports champion as well. Knowledge according to him is a river which flows freely carrying with it whatever comes it's way. He had always nurtured a vision wherein all students eagerly learn and grow . He wanted to develop and cultivate a platform for the same. With this dream he founded Bioace along with co-founder Varsha Roy.
Bioace has been a turning point in Mr. Sen’s life as he was finally nurturing the ardour of so many learners. He passionately looked into all matters of the venture and dreams of reaching out to more and more enthusiasts. His fervour is contagious and has made this the language of Bioace.
Inspired by the enthusiasm and exuberance of Sparsh Roy ,Mr. Sen was inspired to present miss viri- the ementor . This is a visionary startup on education and he believed that this will go a long way in instilling the love for knowledge in the young minds.

Her excitement and aptitude to devise novel teaching strategies for the same topic with the changing sets of learners is a congenital trait that keeps her exclusive among the rest of science educators. As a 21st century trainer / teacher, she is ever-evolving in line with her learners and the given working environment(s).
A postgraduate with B.Ed., Pursuing Research. Varsha has been a frontrunner to bagging a range and a number of awards and recognitions for her flawless contributions to the world of education and social development. She is also associated with prestigious schools as Biology Teacher- Trainer in their subject experts’ panel.
To add to the glory of an educator that inspires the learners, one of the most prominent achievements of Varsha is her book COUNT ON ME BIOLOGY which she published for NEET and CBSE aspirants. Alongside, Varsha is currently designing a highly talked-about and sought Interdisciplinary Approach to connect biology with all other streams. This is meant to make a complete 21st century intellectual Learners.
